Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess grease.

Lower heat to low. Add the diced tomatoes (with juices) and cubed cream cheese.

Stir continuously for 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
