Ingredients

1 gallon apple juice

1 gallon apple cider

2 cups white sugar

2 cups brown sugar

4 cinnamon sticks (or more to taste)

1 (750ml) bottle 190-proof grain alcohol

1 (750ml) bottle vodka
Instructions

In a large pot, combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and apple pie spice.

Stir until sugars dissolve, then bring mixture just to a boil.

Cover, reduce heat, and let simmer for 1 hour.

Remove from heat and cool completely.

Once cool, stir in grain alcohol and vodka. Remove cinnamon sticks.
