Description

This creamy, spicy Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip is a game day favorite! Made with tender shredded chicken, melted cream cheese, tangy ranch, and Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce, it’s the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer for any gathering.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo-style hot sauce

  • ½ cup ranch-style dressing

  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles (or shredded cheddar)

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken
    Boil or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked (165°F), then shred using forks or a mixer.

  2. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Mix the Dip
    In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheese, and black pepper until smooth.

  4. Bake
    Spread the mixture in a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden.

  5. Serve
    Garnish with parsley or chives. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bread slices.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, use jackfruit and dairy-free cheese.
