Dirty Dr Pepper mocktail with ice, cream, and striped straws in a mason jar

Dirty Dr Pepper

  • Author: Sophie Lark
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A creamy, coconut-flavored mocktail that tastes just like Dr Pepper—without any alcohol or the soda itself. Perfect for summer parties or an afternoon treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (12 oz) diet cola soda

  • 34 tablespoons coconut syrup (or coconut cream)

  • 34 tablespoons full-fat half-and-half (or plant-based creamer)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall 12–16 oz glass with ice.

  2. Pour in coconut syrup over the ice.

  3. Add half the cola and stir gently to combine.

  4. Slowly top with the remaining cola, leaving 1 inch at the top.

  5. Drizzle half-and-half over the drink.

  6. Stir lightly to create a marbled, “dirty” look.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Substitute coconut cream for a thicker, more indulgent flavor.

Add lime juice or cinnamon for a twist.

Make ahead: Combine coconut syrup and creamer, refrigerate, and mix with soda when serving.
