Ingredients

1 cup (240ml) cold filtered water

1 tsp yerba mate powder (or 1 bag steeped and cooled)

1 tsp guarana powder

1 tbsp acai puree or powder

1 tsp chia seeds (soaked in 2 tbsp water for 5 minutes)

½ tsp camu camu powder
-
1 tsp raw honey or agave syrup (optional)

Juice of ½ a lime or lemon

A few slices of fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)

Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions

Soak chia seeds in 2 tbsp water for 5 minutes.

If using tea, steep yerba mate for 5 minutes and cool.

Blend water, yerba mate, guarana, acai, camu camu, citrus juice, ginger, and optional sweetener until smooth.

Stir in soaked chia seeds.

Add ice cubes.

Garnish with lime slice or mint if desired. Serve fresh.
Notes
To make caffeine-free, replace yerba mate and guarana with tulsi or rooibos.
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours without the chia.
You can swap camu camu for matcha or maca powder for variety.
