This Dubai chocolate bar recipe blends dates, cardamom, pistachios, and dark chocolate into an indulgent Mediterranean dessert that’s both wholesome and luxurious.
Ingredients

400g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more), chopped

200g Medjool dates, pitted and chopped

100g roasted pistachios

100g roasted almonds (or hazelnuts)

2 tsp ground cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp tahini or coconut oil (optional)

1 tsp rosewater (optional)

Sea salt for garnish
Instructions

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Add tahini or coconut oil if desired for creaminess.

In a large bowl, mix chopped dates, pistachios, almonds, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and stir to combine evenly.

Line a dish with parchment, spread the mixture, sprinkle with sea salt.

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until fully set. Slice and enjoy.
Notes
Use vegan chocolate to make it dairy-free.
Add dried apricots or figs for a fruity twist.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
