Ingredients

1 (16 oz) can refried beans

1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup salsa or pico de gallo (drained)

½ cup guacamole (optional)

1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup chopped cherry tomatoes

¼ cup sliced black olives

¼ cup chopped green onions

Optional: ½ lb cooked seasoned ground beef or turkey, pickled jalapeños, cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Mix refried beans with taco seasoning and spread in a shallow dish.

Whip cream cheese, sour cream, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Spread over beans.

Add a layer of salsa, then guacamole if using.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Notes
