Ingredients
Seasoning Blend:

Dressing Base:

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

¼–½ cup milk (2% or whole, as needed)

1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
Instructions

Mix the Seasoning:
In a bowl, combine buttermilk powder, parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sift if clumpy. -
Create the Base:
Whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. -
Blend:
Gradually stir the seasoning blend into the creamy base. -
Adjust Consistency:
Add milk one tablespoon at a time until your desired thickness is reached. -
Brighten:
Stir in the lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For a thicker dip, use less milk.
Fresh herbs can be substituted at double the amount for even more vibrant flavor.
