Description

The Purple Peel Weight Loss Smoothie is a vibrant, antioxidant-rich drink made with purple grapes, dragon fruit, and sweet potato—perfect for detox, satiety, and fat burning. Easy to make and delicious to sip!


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup purple grapes (seedless)

1/2 cup dragon fruit (purple flesh)

1/2 cup cooked and cooled purple sweet potato

1/2 tsp acai powder or mangosteen powder

1/2 cup cold water or coconut water

1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional)

23 ice cubes

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and cut all fruits into chunks. Cook and cool the purple sweet potato.

2. Add grapes, dragon fruit, sweet potato, and ice to a blender.

3. Pour in water or coconut water.

4. Add the acai or mangosteen powder. Include lemon juice and chia seeds if using.

5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

6. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mint or a dragon fruit slice.

7. Serve cold and enjoy.

Notes

To make it lower carb, replace sweet potato with avocado and use fewer grapes.

Best consumed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 24 hours.

Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie consistency.
