Description

This refreshing homemade Starbucks Pink Drink is a fruity, creamy iced beverage made with real strawberries, coconut milk, and white cran-strawberry juice—perfect for summer sipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced (plus extra for garnish)

  • 2 cups Oceanspray White Cran-Strawberry Juice

  • 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk

  • 4 teaspoons simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • Small ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass or shaker, gently muddle the sliced strawberries to release their juices.

  2. Fill the glass with small ice cubes.

  3. Pour in the White Cran-Strawberry juice.

  4. Add the sweetened vanilla coconut milk.

  5. Stir gently to combine.

  6. Add simple syrup if more sweetness is desired.

  7. Garnish with strawberry slices and serve chilled.

Notes

For a lighter version, use unsweetened coconut milk and skip the simple syrup.

Frozen strawberries work if fresh are out of season.

Try adding a green tea shot or chia seeds for extra health benefits.
